Aufgrund aktueller Corona Situation schon 3 Wochen vor geplanter Anreise gebeten den Aufenthalt zu verschieben, hätten dafür nochmal das gleiche drauf zahlen sollen. Bis heute keinen Cent erstattet bekommen, weder vom Hotel noch von Ebookers. Am Tag der Anreise noch frech eine Mail vom Vagabond Corvin bekommen, dass man unsere Zahlung erhalten hat und eine Erstattung nicht möglich ist. Kundenservice sieht anders aus, auch und gerade in solchen Situationen.

Huone oli saapuessa erittäin siisti. Ihan pesuaine vielä tuoksui kun lattiat oli mopattu jokunen aika sitten. Hyvät varustelut. Huoneessa oli vedenkeitin, mutta kahvinkeitin oli kapselikeitin, josta pieni miinus. Lautasia, kahvikuppeja, viinilaseja juomalaseja ja aterimia monipuolisesti. Ruuanlaittoon liedet, uuni ja pannut, kattilat ja kaikki vekottimet löytyi. Pyykkikoneet ja kaikki löytyy pitempää asumistakin varten. Pölynimuria ei löydetty. Parveke, jossa voi tupakoida. Lähtöpäivänä sai check-outin jälkeen säilyttää matkalaukkuja useita tunteja ennen kun pyydettiin taksi lentokentälle ja he soittivat ja maksutta nämä molemmat. Myös rauhalliselta seudulta vaikutti ja oli paljon lapsiperheitä. Sijaintina myös erittäin hyvä. Metroon ja ratikkaan matkaa pari sataa metriä hyvine kulkuyhteyksineen. Ruokakaupat, tupakkakaupat, ostari ja pubeja ja ravintoloita myös yhtä lähellä. 5 yön aikana huonesiivous kävi kerran. Ehdottomasti voi suositella tätä hotellia! Hintalaatusuhde hyvin kohdallaan kokonaisuudessaan jos ei kaipaa suurempaa pröystäilyä valitse tämä! Menee jo myös aika lähelle.

Huoneisto oli erittäin viihtyisä ja sijainti oli hyvä, nurkan takana ostoskeskus jossa iso kauppa ruokatarpeita ajatellen, lyhyehkö kävelymatka Pestin keskustaan ja muutoinkin rauhallisen oloista seutua. Miinusta aivan liian kovasta sängystä ja lukuisista pikkupuutteista huoneistossa. Henkilökunta oli erittäin ystävällistä ja avuliasta, jäi kuitenkin huono maku sillä 4 päivää ennen matkaa yritys yritti uudelleen sijoittaa huonompaan ja halvempaan kohteeseen hyvitystä tarjoamatta.

Nice and helpful Staff and quite big apartment! Missing the breakfasts was a little minus but that’s okey as there is a supermarket next to the apartments.
