Gute Lage und sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Mein Zimmer war in der Nähe von Empfang und Frühstücksraum. Deshalb etwas laut am Morgen und ohne Aussicht. In den oberen Stockwerken vermutlich etwas ruhigere Zimmer mit besserer Aussicht. Schöne Dachterrasse zum ausruhen.

Good location, friendly staff

Pros: I liked it a lot, small, quiet, nice, a lovely terrace, clean.
Cons: Would be fantastic to have a descent breakfast here!
Location: The location in the beautiful Palermo is great, it´s a safe and quiet area, and there´s only a five minute walk to the busier area.

The staff is very helpful and friendly, they always tried to help me with all my questions, no matter what. I wouldn´t recommend the breakfast though, but there are plenty of other places to choose from close by. Might be a good idea to upgrade the room a little bit, the cheapest ones are really basic and rough, ok for sleeping but not for much more. The terrace is lovely.

Thanks a lots for your review. We agree That our Economy Room Eco is samll and basic. We're doing our best for the style.,I'm sure we can better some more details. The standard room better equiped is probably the best option and still at a very acompetitive price. Sincerely.

Traditionelle Unterkunft mit Flair

Die Bauart der Zimmer in originalen, typischen Stadtgebäuden hat uns gefallen. Auch dass auf den Zimmern kein TV und Minibar war, hat das Hotel ruhiger gemacht. Einzig die mehrfache Fehlinformationen an der Rezeption hat uns gestört. So wurde bsp. mehrmals behauptet, der Flugplatz sei 40 km entfernt (29 km sind es effektiv) und es bräuchte morgens um 5 Uhr 60-75 Minuten dahin. Sogar der Taxifahrer hat dann den Kopf geschüttelt und gesagt, es seien höchsten um diese Zeit 30 Minuten, was dann auch stimmte.
