Chalet was filthy with foodstuffs (grated cheese) left on floor. Windows disgusting and general cleanliness was far from acceptable. Bins on site overflowing and the site generally was like something from the 1970s. the whole complex needs demolishing and rebuilt to a standard acceptable for 2021. very disappointed.

Check in was absolutely awful, from 4pm but the queue was an hour long, decided to go back at 7pm and it was still a 40 min wait! Room was half painted and felt grimey, didn’t feel comfortable using facilities as was so busy!!

I know the room was cheap but so said was cleanned floor was filthy still food left in fridge toilet was not secured to the floor and smell in the room wS awfull

Arrived on Saturday and left on Saturday. Was meant to be staying for 2 nights! Left to go and pay again for a b&b in Weston. Staff were awful. Room was awful. Waiting to hear back about a refund!
