Good hotel, good location

Pros: Location, price, cleanliness
Cons: Air conditioning device was old and made an irritating rattling noise occationally.
Location: Location next to railway station. Short way away from the city shops and restaurants.
Location great. Near city centre, railway station and many car rental agencies. Neighborhood was quite peaceful. Parking possible and inexpensive on the nearest street. Very helpful staff, spoke good English. Small but clean room and overall in good condition. Sounds from the corridor did come through quite clearly. Street noise didn´t bother. Air conditioning device made a rattling noise occationally. All in all I´d say very good for the price I paid.

Hôtel proche de la gare et du centre ville, TRAM

Pros: Un accueil chaleureux, le calme, la chambre spacieuse avec une clim non bruyante, bien insonorisée, la décoration. Bon rapport qualité/prix.
Location: il y a un bon restaurant pakistanais tout près et d'autres restaurants proches. Il y a un grand centre commercial "les rives de l'Orne" en face.
Séjour agréable, chambre spacieuse, bonne insonorisation. Accueil très agréable, le personnel est très professionnel, attentionné. Je trouve cet hôtel feutré, reposant, le petit déjeuner est diversifié, bon et sans télévision, c'est bien agréable de commencer la journée dans le calme. Merci pour cette délicatesse de plus en plus rare dans les hôtels. J'aurai plaisir à revenir dans cet établissement.
