Nicht schlecht

Pros: Das rauchen ist erlaubt :)
Cons: Ein Kleiderschrank oder was ähnliches in jedem Zimmer stellen und das Hotel evt. renovieren.
Location: Es ist in der mitte von Kairo. In der nähe hat es viele Läden.
Der Aufenthalt war nicht schlecht. Der Service war gut, nur hatte es leider in meinem Zimmer kein Kleiderschrank (oder etwas ähnliches) um meine Kleidung auf zuhängen. Das Bett und das Kissen waren etwas unangenehm ansonsten war ich zufrieden.

Grand Royal Hotel

Es wahr im Grossen und ganzen ein gutes aufenthalt Es ist einfach schade das die Touristen in Kairo abgezockt Verden die turs sind überteuert wen man vom Hotel bucht am besten macht man alle Ausflüge alleine mit ein öffentliches Taxi und lest sich an der Sehenswürdigkeiten nichts aufschwatzen Zum Beispiel ich wahr von Hotel aus die Pyramide besichtigen hab knapp 1200 ägyptische Pfund bezahlt und dan wahr ich noch mal allein dorthin mit dem Taxi und hab knapp 300 ägyptische Pfund bezahlt Also last euch nicht verramschen und nichts aufschwatzen

A good option for budget travelers

The hotel is in perfect location in the middle of the Downtown area. On the other hand you can't expect much peace and calm there so better to bring earplugs. Rooms and breakfast are very basic but service is good. Staff is around 24/7, they speak English and are quite accommodating. In these old buildings the water pressure is low, but in this hotel it was sufficient. Wifi-connection was functional. The management answers e-mails rapidly so it's easy to arrange things before you arrive. This is not a top tier hotel, but you get a good value for your money.
