Dear Esteemed Guest, Allow me to sincerely apologize to your goodself for failing to meet your expectations with regard to some points of your stay, whilst at the same time I thank you for taking the time to bring this issue to our attention to allow us to reexplained that the hotel’s duty manager explained to your goodself on your departure date. It is genuinely known that the hotel’s guests are asked to pay their Mini Bar consumption and it is needless to say that in Sofitel we provide four bottles of Mineral water free of charge two were placed in the room and two were placed in the Bathroom.
