Awful hotel, money grabbers

Hotel rooms nice and area kept up well however the staff, service and their 'policies' make this a hotel to avoid. They state they are all inclusive but are only open between 9 and 9 during the day. Huge queues due to letting in day guests and snack bar only open at weekends. We arrived at 1am in the morning, having missed our first day of 'all inclusive' due to delays and the staff were less than understanding. You had to pay €2 for a bottle of water. On the last day, you had to pay €15 per person to continue your all inclusive, due to their policies. Apparently no exceptions and it was our fault for choosing a delayed flight! All told to pay €1.50 for a towel on the last day.

Nice hotel, close to beach

The BH hotel is a beautiful hotel, with very large rooms for a good price!! In my oppinion, the only thing thats can be better is the meal-time... Because breakfest is just from 9:00 to 11:00... and mallorca is a party island so if you wanna have 5stars in the rating, you have to change the breakfest time to 12 or 12:30.. But the result for me is 4.5* / 5 *

Si vous voulez du repos, changez d'adresse !

Partie, avec une amie dans le but de passer des vacances "reposantes" la journée et animée le soir, nous sommes tomber à la bonne adresse ! + Piscine, toboggans, transate au top "Le Stage" discothèque de l'hôtel, accès gratuit avec le hall inclusive, sauf que les boissons sont payantes Plage et rue des bars, ainsi que le bcm à 3min de l'hôtel - Nourriture pas au top Alcool couper à l'eau Piscine n'ouvre qu'à 11H Une seule personne de la réception parlait français ! Le ménage a été oublier un jour. Autant de plus que de moins, beaucoup d'anglais(es) qui sont complètement déglingués à longueur de journée ! Mais à part ça séjour agréable malgré quelques petits problèmes !
