very happy holiday

Really enjoyed our stay, was out of season so a bit quieter than in season I imagine. Staff b friendly and helpful. Beds are massive!

Poor quality

This hotel is pretty soulless there is no heart to this hotel the staff in general are rude and unhelpful or simply just not there. The rooms are new but lack quality fittings, the pillows are hard and uncomfortable, the shower is like something out of a caravan and is either too hot or too cold and after several adjustments hardly any water came out. This hotel is not a 4 star it is more like a 2.5 star. Staff really don't care apart from one older receptionist the others were rude. The so called sea view overlooks an enormous ugly roof and has a Juliette balcony so no where to sit, therefore the mountain view rooms which our daughter stayed in are a better layout and have a proper balcony. Breakfast was fresh and excellent apart from having to make your own coffee which was impossibly strong and even the largo option was over strong and bitter. Stray cats wandering around at breakfast were off putting. Parking is available which was good and the atmosphere next to Nikki Beach is fun and entertaining. Pool service was poor and we had to actually go to the bar to ask for drinks. The white sunbeds were stained and not cleaned. Only the actual pool and pool edge were cleaned the outsides of the pool area and deck werent cleaned during our 7 day stay. The Bali beds got quite alot of attention from the pool staff but probably because you had to pay 50 euros but we only saw two of them being used in 7 days. Lunch time snacks were expensive and not good.It apperars that there is no direction and no attention to detail within the hotel and nobody is in charge which is a disgrace as the hotel is fairly new and should be in its prime.

Positiv: Schöne Poolanlagen Grosses Morgenbuffet Super Bar Negativ: Lüftung oder Klimaanlage sehr laut, wir hatten unswr Zimmer im 1. Stock und wenn man die Balkontüre offen hat hört man nur diesen Lärm. Schade. Der Ausblick war sonst sehr schön mit Palmen und Poolblick. Bar schliesst bereits um 19 Uhr. Keine Duschen beim check out kann man zwar noch bleiben aber es hat keine Duschen oder Garderoben.

Das Personal wae sehr unfreundlich. Man hatte lange Wartezeiten fürs Essen. Im Zimmer wurde nicht wirklich sauber gemacht. Nur das Bett wurde halt innert 5 minuten hergerichtet. Wir haben ein Zimmer mit Meeresüberblick gebucht und man hat uns ins erste Stockwerk versetzt wo man nichtd sah.
