Lieber Gast, Vielen Dank, dass Sie sich für uns entschieden und uns Ihre Meinung mitgeteilt haben. Es freut mich zu hören, dass Sie eine schöne Zeit damit verbracht haben, dass Ihnen unsere Apartments und das Frühstücksbuffet gefallen haben. Was das Essen und Trinken angeht, wurden in den letzten drei Jahren viele Änderungen vorgenommen, und wir haben gesehen, dass es von unseren Gästen sehr geschätzt wurde, aber die Dinge können immer noch verbessert werden. Dear Guest, First of all I want to say thank you for choosing us, but from the rate you give us I understand that we haven't fulfilled your expectations, for which I am very sorry. If you would like to explain a little more, it would help us to improve. We do not want our guests to leave unhappy. Was there really nothing we could have done to leave a better impression? Did you contact with someone in our establishment to explain your discontent? Please let us know. Limited parking is available for a fee and is offered on a first-come, first-served basis. Smoking is allowed in designated areas at this 3-star Calvia hotel.
