Dear Keri, First of all, we would like to thank you for staying in our Hotel and for taking the time to give us feedback regarding your stay. We highly appreciate your opinion on our hotel and services. Constructive criticism, positive and negative alike, is always welcome, aiding us in improving, where improvement is needed, repairing, where repairs are in order, and being proud of, what is worth being recognized. We are sorry to hear that not all of our facilities was at your liking. Our swim up and pools are open from the first day we opened the Hotel, the signs we have on with “not swimming” are only used in the evening when there is no lifeguard and when they are cleaning the pools. I regret to read that your dining experience in our restaurant was not at all up to your expectations. I am very sorry for that and will discuss your comments with our Chef in order to see what we can improve. Hopefully we will be able to host you again in the near future and remain in the meantime with kind regards.
