Gorgeous hotel, we had a swim up room which I would recommend as it gives you some privacy and space to chill out away from the main pool. We went in October so it was nice and quiet, I could imagine in summer this would be a very busy family hotel. Breakfast was ok but in comparison to what's offered locally it's much better than what's available else where.

Location brilliant rooms lovejy

Paid for swim up room and the pool had signs up saying no swimming so couldn’t use the pool which is what we paid for a swim up room for! Some staff lovely some staff made us feel uncomfortable. Food constantly cold or just warm. Rooms lovely spacious and clean

We highly appreciate your opinion on our hotel and services. Constructive criticism, positive and negative alike, is always welcome, aiding us in improving, where improvement is needed, repairing, where repairs are in order, and being proud of, what is worth being recognized. We are sorry to hear that not all of our facilities was at your liking. Our swim up and pools are open from the first day we opened the Hotel, the signs we have on with “not swimming” are only used in the evening when there is no lifeguard and when they are cleaning the pools. I regret to read that your dining experience in our restaurant was not at all up to your expectations. I am very sorry for that and will discuss your comments with our Chef in order to see what we can improve. Hopefully we will be able to host you again in the near future and remain in the meantime with kind regards.
