The hotel is really tired. I requested a double room when I booked, was allocated a room with two singles, furniture was really old walls had big black marks and screws stick out where s picture was missing bedroom needs painting and bathroom tiles grubby. They moved me to a room with a double bed so thank you for that. Bath wasn’t cleaned properly as hair left behind yuk! The gym and pool looked great.

Considering this is listed as A4 star hotel, I was very disappointed. The rooms are not very clean (a lot of dust under the bed and the bathroom had mould growing).

Comfortable and good value hotel.

Pros: Executive room was very comfortable and quiet.
Cons: Scrambled egg!
Location: Very close to Cambridge, approx £10 for a taxi into the centre.
Executive room was very comfortable. Breakfast basic but ok. Good value overall.

Nice room but disappointing breakfast

Pros: Comfortable room.
Cons: Gordon Ramsay needs to look at managing the kitchens.
Location: Bit far from Cambridge town but good access to road networks
Room good, staff helpful. Breakfast very disappointing and badly organised. Large hotel which cooks one sausage at a time on a busy Sunday morning - looked like they'd never done it before!. One machine for coffee which is in the way of serving staff. Watered down sweet OJ

Nice hotel, good breakfast and had free parking

Nice room and spacious. Staff on the reception desk were really friendly. Breakfast was nice they were just a bit busy but other than that couldn't fault it. Great for visiting Cambridge. We drove to the park and ride and caught a bus in to Cambridge.

Nice two night visit

Generally very good. Only complaint was that service in the bar on the one night we used it was very slow and they wouldn't take cash either.
