Lovely place, clean room and bathroom. Were told that breakfast will be served from 7.30 to 10 AM. When we went to the dining hall at 9 AM many items were not available and was not being the staff were clearing the

Historic Unuversity Building

Pros: We liked nearly everything but would recommend eating out for evening meals.
Cons: The bar/dining room ambience and the limited choice, availability and quality of food offered on the dinner menu.
Location: Beautiful grounds, woodland walk and a lake. Use nearby Park & Ride - £1 all day parking to visit Cambridge. Buses every 10 mins.
Rooms are quite small but modern and very clean and well equipped. Beautiful, quiet and peaceful location. The hotel is owned by the university and is run as a conference and educational facility as well as a hotel. Perfect for an overnight or short stay when visiting the city or touring Cambridgeshire. The grounds and gardens are stunning and well kept. One can stroll through woods or in the formal gardens which have some lovely features such as a long hazel tree arch and a large pergola.

Wonderful country retreat

Bed was really comfortable, coffee/tea making machine was a bonus. Gardens were fabulous. Only slight criticism is that breakfast plates could have been warmed so that cooked breakfast stayed warm for longer and there were enough sausages available when we came down to breakfast at 9am on Sunday. Free range eggs was a big bonus though! Finished off our stay by attending the 11am service at Madingley Church, which is in the grounds of this very impressive B&B!

Hieno linnamainen hotelli

Location: Hieman syrjässä keskustasta, mutta minusta oli mukava nähdä muutakin kuin kaupungin keskusta. Lähistöllä Amerikkalaissotilaiden hautausmaa.
Oli hienoa yöpyä hotellissa, joka oli kuin linna. Aamiainen oli hyvä. Puisto todella kaunis. Ystävällinen henkilökunta.

wie im 7. Himmel

unser Aufenthalt war von A-Z perfekt. Alle waren sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend und das Haus ist mit der Umgebung einfach ein Traum. Egal zu welchem Anlass wärmstens zu empfehlen!
