Hotel reception look they came from Soviet time! No smile, no greetings, cold!!

Handy location for park and ride to cambridge. Staff helpful and courteous. Room comfortable enough but needs updating. Heating/aircon not working, sliding wardrobe door falling off. Carpet not clean, layer of dust around edges and skirting boards. Not great with kids playing on floor.

Ramada Cambridge

Pros: Oy was easy to get to. Being on a service area there are other shopping facilities close by
Cons: Staff doing their job instead of sitting around and ignoring guests
We stayed for one Friday night. The staff when we checked in were nice and polite. However, the staff the morning after except Sam were very rude at times. Four of us sat at a table for breakfast. The food was limited not really what you would expect for nearly £10 each. (I couldn't find the breakfast booking on the Ebookers Web site, which offered it cheaper). We were offered vegetarian sausages which we done quickly but they were quorn so nit suitable for vegans. When we had finished with our plates there was nobody around to take them away. I had to go and find a member of staff to ask if there was somewhere we could put them, only to be told to leave them on the table. I stated 'but we haven't finished' so reluctantly the member of staff came to take them away. Sam was great he gave us a lot of helpful info about the area. The bed was a king size but we found it very uncomfortable. When ever we got out of bed the whole bed shook. On leaving, all the staff were stood around one end of the reception desk talking. I walked up with my key cards and was totally ignored. So I just left the cards on the desk. I found this very rude as nobody asked about our stay

nice hotel and convient

Pros: convient
Cons: mattress harder would be great
Location: a food mall just next to the hotel
It is free for parking so good for friends to stay or pick up from the hotel

Had to change room

Our room was next to the kitchen store room and you can here the fridges all night going on and off surprised to be a disable room but had a bath with a seat and shower over it my wife fell over trying to get out most diable bath rooms have a wall in shower not a bath that is a struggle to use

Excellent value hotel

Great family room which was very clean and comfortable for the 4 of us. The hotel was very conveniently located to Cambridge and the added bonus was having a choice of eating places within a few steps of the hotel. Staff were friendly too. I would definitely use this hotel again as it was excellent value for a family.
