Not what we expected

Pros: Its situation.
Location: The location was good for the local golf course as it is just next door.
We were booked into the hotel on a Friday and Saturday and the double room we had booked was above the bar so the proprietor offered us a twin room as she said it would be rather noisy. She said that she doesn't normally book that double room over the weekend. The room was small and one can only say - rather tired. The bed was very clean though a bit soft. The bathroom was in dire need of refurbishment especially the shower which was in need of a deep clean and a new shower hose. The lounge bar had recently been redecorated and was looking very nice but the rest of the hotel has a long way to go.

Well located Hotel for walking,golf and outdoor.

Pros: Friendly welcome.
Cons: The hotel is at present being refurbished and updated by new owners.
Location: Well situated for walking,golf,fishing,horse riding and most outdoor activities.
The hotel is comfortable and clean with good food.
