Dear Guest, Thank you for staying at Burbury Hotel & Apartments, I am saddened to hear of your recent stay with us and how it was not outstanding. We are apart of the Realm precinct and the pool is located 10 meters from reception and is complimentary for all guests. If you are staying in the hotel we do offer room service, which is from Ostani. As Lilotang will reopen on the 14th of January which is our usual room service option.
