If you prefer to stay at a rather small hotel this is the perfect place to go to. All the staff are very friendly and open. The waiters do a fantastic job, David was serving us drinks all day at the beach and always made sure we had everything we needed. Enrique and Gustavo were the entertainers and would like to sit down with you and get to know a lil better. Ese was the lifeguard at the beach and always made sure we safe in the water. The pool area by the beach is rather small which is fine if you want to swim in the ocean rather than the pool. There is a second pool area from which you cant see the beach though. The hotel has newer and older rooms. The newer ones were fantastic but also the older rooms were fine considering you stay outdoors most of the time anyway. All the food was delicious, breakfast buffet is just about the right size not too much and not too small and they will prepare fresh eggs any style you want. The highlight was the Teppanyaki show at the Umami restaurant. We liked the fact that it was a rather small hotel which made you feel at home. Also the location is fantastic in a 5 min walk you can reach the La Isla outdoor shopping mall.

Hôtel décevant

Qualité : propre, bonne ambiance à la piscine grâce à l’animateur, proche centre commerciaux et centre ville, plage propre. Défaut: personnel de l’hotel Désagréable, service restaurant et plage nul, trop d’attente pour un service mal fait, aucune information sur les services de petit déjeuner lorsqu’une activité est prévu au départ de 7:00 am. Pas de numéro de téléphone d’urgence ou d’information dans la chambre. On ne peut pas manger sur son transat obligé de se lever et de s’habiller pour manger au restaurant de la plage. Nourriture mauvaise et très peu variée.
