Wonderful hotel and great location

The hotel staff was super helpful during the whole trip. The room was really nice. The location is great. Market 28 is right next to the hotel, Walmart and market 23 within a short walking distance. There a numerous great restaurant in the area. Only downside was that the sounds from the corridor could be heard straight to the room.

Nice and simple Hotel

Nothing to complain about. Not very much to see around. Many shops, pharmacies and laundry services available.

OK hotel

The hotel was clean and simple, like in the pictures. Quite far from the tourist area, we didn't realize that until we got there. Staff was really nice and helpfull.

bien pour 1 à 3 nuits

point d'étape à l'arrivée en soirée à l'aéroport puis ensuite pour une journée à l'isla mujejes plutôt que payer un grand resort sans profiter de ses commodités / /personnel sympa mais attention si pas de resa.. on a voulu ajouter une nuit suite annulation du site d epalenque // prix abusé et quasi divisé par 2 ap 5 minutes de négo soit très moyen // donc repassez par internet // dans notre cas, portable volé 2j avant donc pas le choix à part allez dans le cyber café à côté...

Bien pour une nuit ou 2 à Cancun

si on excepte le réveil en pleine nuit par un autre client s'étant vu attribué la même chambre, c'est un hotel que je recommanderai: un peu excentré mais calme et propre. Chambre sans fenêtre. Bien pour une nuit de passage à Cancun.
