Poor.
The hotel rooms seem a bit tired. The air con unit rattles all the tome, the neon lights which blare right from the bottom to the top of the building come through the curtains at night. Two of the rooms I have stay in had only half a shower screen. The rooms are cold at night. Haven’t tried the food but colleagues reported sickness after eating here.

Good business hotel. Room was not ideal being for a less able bodied person - but the bed was comfortable. Clean room and hotel.

Could be better
As there is only one lift to service 12 floors, it takes a while to wait for it to arrive. Also, you may end up going down first, before you can go up. The breakfast, for someone who doesn't like a fry up, is very basic and limited. Very friendly staff.
