Proximity to the train and tram stations.

No swim pool. Aircon not the best. No privacy on the lower floors as there is a flat next to it.

Overall, nice hotel. A good location, walking distance to Zurich lake (30mins) and only two stops on the train from the airport which was really convenient.

awesome hotel.

Pros: Nothing
Cons: Hot food at night could be better and open 6 pm is bit early,but the service is the best. He is so charming and friendly. He makes my experience greet
Location: Great location,only 2 stops from the airport,and from the hotel to old town is easy. It take 15 mins by bus and the bus stop is in 1 min walk .
I had a very nice stay with the hotel. This is my third time to stay there this year. I love Zurich but the hotel makes it even more. Wonderful front desk staff. I had a club room which is fantastic value.

Excelent hotel

The hotel is a very good , location is 5 min to Central Station with is near to the Old Town and everthing. Staff they are very good , welcome drink is offter to you whem you arrived.
