Thank you for taking the time to write a review. Unfortunately your experience was not good and for this we must apologise. Your comments have been shared with Management and they have since rectified the room issues. The security issues were taken up with the revelevant Company so that no other guests have the same experience. We do hope that you will consider this an isolated incident and will still give the property a try again. Kind Regards Linda
