Unfortunately, we do have 1 lift out of action at the moment due to Safety Reasons and we are waiting for this to be fixed by our lift engineer's. This is why we have made the service lift at the end of each corridor available for all guests to use. We apologise for the issues with Air Conditioning System; we have highlighted your concerns to our Maintenance Team to investigate further.
