great location and price. Hotel staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The room was a really good size and all the amenities that you need in hand eg teas coffee, hair dryer and ironing board. The rooms bedding and linen etc were very good and while the room was very clean the decor could do with a little refresh but given all the other factors would defo stay there again.

Perfect location, directly opposite the Motorpoint Arena. Hotel standard is fine, nothing special but for the price it was great!

Good: Central location is good, close to shops and sights. Not so good: I went out one day and upon return, I noticed the maid forgot to make my bed. The issue was resolved though.

We booked due to the Citrus's close location to the Motorpoint Arena. The rooms were spacious and clean. However, our twin beds were not standard size and were more the size of a caravan or camp bed. Also only one pillow was supplied. Neither of us slept well. The help yourself breakfast was ok, but unfortunately the food from the hot buffet was lukewarm.

Nice hotel close to center

Booked 5 rooms for a night away and rooms were nice and staff friendly. The only downside was some rooms had powerful showers and were too hot and couldn’t turn them down and some were almost the opposite. Also it was very hot, their is no air con so rooms were stuffy
