The only negative was one of the lifts was broken for our duration of our stay. It meant that being on the 13th floor we had to wait excessive times to get the lift as it was always full or didn’t stop at our floor

Could do with an update, room was a little tired. No soap or toilet paper in our room when we arrived. One of the two lifts was out of order. The location is great, though.

Good: Close to City and Motorpoint arena Bad:Only one lift working for 21 floors, said it'd been out of service for 3 days but talking to another guest, whose relative had stayed there months ago and it was out of service then also. Fan in room was blowing cold air in every 10 minutes, unable to turn off, asked at reception to get it looked at after the first night, said they would but still the exact same the second night, so 2 very poor night's sleep had at the hotel.

Unfortunately, we do have 1 lift out of action at the moment due to Safety Reasons and we are waiting for this to be fixed by our lift engineer's. This is why we have made the service lift at the end of each corridor available for all guests to use. We apologise for the issues with Air Conditioning System; we have highlighted your concerns to our Maintenance Team to investigate further. Very tired hotel. Rotten wood, broken plug sockets. WiFi slower than dial up. Was needlessly allocated an accessible room - both irritating for me and preventing someone who needs it having one.
