The car park is tiny only fitting about 15 cars in a hotel that has 21 floors! Not very useful for large cars or vans either as the spaces are tiny. There are other car parks nearby however.

Good hotel, great location

Pros: The view!
Cons: The building is a little like a warren - you wonder if you are going the right way yo breakfast!
Location: Located in Cardiff Central and able to walk to Cardiff Bay. It is right by the train station, shopping, dinning and evening entertainment all close
Lovely hotel, only reason for 4 star rating on Hotel condition is it is currently undergoing renovations. We received a complimentary upgrade to a room with a brilliant view. The lovely room and view added a special touch to the weekend which we both really appreciated and enjoyed. The room overlooked Cardiff Central train station but there was no noise disturbance. Thank you Radisson Blu, and Cardiff, for a lovely weekend.

Great value for Radisson

The rate I paid was amazingly low and breakfast was even included - a very nice buffet with more than the typical greasy hash browns, sausage, bacon. Room, as expected in a Radisson, was very comfortable and spacious, though there was scaffolding completely covering my window.

Nice stay in Cardiff

The location of this hotel is excellent and allows the visitor easy access to all Cardiff has to offer. However the hotel has few amenities outside of the rooms and an impersonal atmosphere. Staff took three hours (and only after reminding) to fix a problem w the room.

Weekend break

Superb location, perfect for shopping and restaurants! Hotel clean and friendly staff. Only thing missing is a mirror on the dressing table, had to sit in the floor to do my make up.

Great location.

We travelled to Cardiff by train and the hotel is just a five minute walk from the station. The staff were very pleasant and helpful and the room clean and comfortable. The hotel is 21 stories tall and the rooms have large windows giving great views around the area. For a weekend break it is well situated, lots of bars, shops and restaurants just a short walk away. We went to a concert at the Motorpoint Arena which was, again, just a short walk away. Negatives? Well the bar and restaraunt were a little on the pricey side for my pocket but with so many good places to eat and drink on hand that wasn't a problem. The room only had two plug points, none bedside, which was a pain when charging phones, tablets etc. But that's it really, as a base to go to a concert or explore Cardiff, it's ideal, especially if arriving by train.
