Breakfast was alright. Thing I didn't like is the not working AC in the room.. It was too hot and it was not possible to cool down the room ! It would be better if at least you could open a window but it was not possible at all !

dispite pre paying full payment, receiption insisted on checking our online bank account to prove weve paid. then we had to give a credit card for whatever..awfull check in experience the only info they didnt ask me for was my shoe size..im suprised i didnt have to give my fingerprints. hotels are holding monies in case of vandalism and thefts..nice hotel shame about the security measures. next time ill get the manager to check our bags on the way out.

Good clean rooms, friendly staff, quite rooms even though close to highway. Breakfast was very well below average and mediocre. Cutlery weren’t properly washed. Breakfast choices very limited and they ran out of stock on butter, yogurt etc. If the breakfast could be improved, I would have given 4/5.

Very well placed just off of the motorway. Walking distance from very good restaurants and staff very friendly and helpful.

Very pleased with how near we were to The David Broome Event Centre, lovely staff and the breakfast was excellent, loved the bed, pillows and quilts all adding to a beautiful nights sleep the complementary shower Gell and shampoo were spa quality. The only negative part of our stay was the lack of a decent evening meal at the hotel , was told there was a breakdown with an oven but will definitely be staying with you next spring .

I would say for a one night stay it was nice and pleasant and morning breakfast had variety. The kitchen and food area needs more staff for better cleaning though. My only issue with the hotel is that we lost our Nintendo charger in the room. We phoned the same day after we reached home to check if they found it. They kept saying it isn't in their room cleaning log file. So clearly their cleaning staff stole it. Such a shame that they don't have trustworthy staff. Other hotels tend to keep a good track record of missing things.

Good value for money

Pros: Value for money, friendly and effieient
Cons: Breakfast ok but the free for all needed better supervision, to stop food being handled by other people.
Location: Location good easy access within easy reach of Cardiff
Good hotel friendly staff and well appointed room, breakfast was a bit of a scrum with young children not being kept under control by their parents. Not enough seating during a busy breakfast time.

Nice location, good size room

The hotel is easily accessible from the M4. I didn't know what to expect but I was surprised to see how clean and tidy the room was. The only downside is some of the people who work there, especially one of the duty managers who was very grumpy and unwelcoming. The rest of the hotel staff were professional and helpful.
