i know know your husband called in to drop off luggage just at start of checki in, the room wasnt ready, but we were told not to worry as coming back very late. Our housekeeper for some reason missed getting the room completed, We were very apologetic about it when you arrived and felt very embarrassed as had never done that before, we can only apologies again. We are a budget accommodation and you booked a room that had shared bathroom, it was only between a few rooms, so must have been unfortunate someone was in there. we do have en-suite rooms too. A piece of stair carpet had become loose, ( we are full every day so have a lot of traffic) It was noticed and fixed that morning. Apoloiges again that your stay with us wasn't good., We are a family place and all reviews are taken personally and saddens me when guests are not happy.

i know it was a budget room, but very sorry to hear you had a bad night, you should have told me about tv as i could have fixed easily, cleaner has been told about your comments. apologies again.
