terrible hotel service and facility terrible exp

Pros: location
Cons: everything.
Location: old medina. location is nice.
terrible hotel service and facility terrible exp no wifi no hair dryer, poor attitude towards your enquiry, no helpful advice, charge more than normal. not safe and noisy always. only the location near Port casa makes us stay one night, will never come again.

You get exactly what it says on the tin.

Hotel Central is a two star budget hotel and that's what you get. Stayed for five nights. My room was cleaned every day with fresh towels and I could not fault the service I received. The staff take their lead from the brothers who run the hotel and could not be more pleasant and friendly. Breakfast was included in the price. It's a pity they no longer run a restaurant there as I'm sure they would do well. Excellent location for all the sights and sounds of Casablanca with rooms overlooking one of the small squares in the Old Medina which was full of life from dawn to dusk. If there is a down side, the place could do with a lick of paint and a bit of 'tarting up' and for a man of advancing years (68) I would have appreciated a lift.
