Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut, nur wenige Gehminuten von der Tramhaltestelle entfernt. Das Frühstücksbuffet bietet eine grosse Auswahl. Während des Aufenthalts waren die Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Gegenüber vom Hotel befindet sich ein Grundstück mit mehreren Hundezwingern. Die Hunde haben mitten in der Nacht jeweils um ca. 4 Uhr ununterbrochen gebellt und uns den Schlaf geraubt. Das Checkout hat unsere Stimmung arg getrübt. Als wir ein Taxi zum Flughafen bestellen wollten, liess man uns wissen, dass wir dieses eine Stunde im Voraus hätten bestellen müssen. Wieso weisst man seine Gäste nicht bereits beim check-in darauf hin? Die Receptionistin verhielt sich äusserst unprofessionell war nicht kritikfähig. Schade. Ein stressiger und unschöner Abschluss nach einer tollen Woche.

As regards the transfert to the airport and as in most of countries, the taxi is to be booked one hour before as to make sure you get it in time. Hotel situe en plein centre ville a proximite du consulat de France et du parc de la ligue Arabe. Il est proche d'un arret de tram ce qui facilite les deplacements a Casablanca. L'hotel est tres bien agence et confortable. Le petit dejeuner est excellent, le personnel tres bon. Cependant, n'hesitez pas a solliciter la reception pour commander un taxi lors de vos deplacements la nuit. Je deconseille fortement les deplacements a pied la nuit dans la zone de l'hotel.
