The room was a good size but the cleaning was terrible. The bathroom had mold which has been there weeks. On asking to speak to the Duty Manager I was informed that all management were in a meeting. I said I would come back later, For the next 24 hours no manger available. They sent me a "so called Supervisor" who was just plain useless. I explained and showed her the pictures of the mold she just smiled. I said I wanted to see the manager and she said not possible. I said I would be down later as going out. Two hours later on returning to the room no cleaning and when I checked out the mold was still there and no manager at all. Totally disgusting.

You Get What You Pay For

Pros: Locality
Cons: Good Re Vamp
Location: Shopping Mall within minutes, If you want the SM Mall 100 peso in taxi. Taxis good on standby at hotel.
This is certainly not a Four Star Hotel as advertised. On saying that, paying 50 USD for Bed & Breakfast is a bargain. To pay much more is not worth the money. 95% of the staff are good, but like all places you get a couple which are bad which can change your opinion. I did not let this bother me. Check In / Out OK Room for improvement, but acceptable. Room was big but showing age. Breakfast moderate but like %99 of hotels cold. Evening menu small but well worth the money Good portions. Certainly no need to go out for a meal. Drinks well priced for a hotel. Swimming Pool small but again acceptable. Would certainly recommend if on budget. This is the first time I have stayed in what I call a cheap Hotel. What I spent altogether with food & Drink would not even have been 1 night at my normal hotels I stay in. Would I stay here again YES I have already booked. Going for the expensive fancy hotels with a good name is very deceiving and costly. STAY HERE.

Zentral gelegen , grosse zimmer, in die jahre gekommen aber noch ok ,.. Personal sehr nett , Frühstücks Buffett ok, Preisleistung ok , werde es wieder buchen.
