Room mix up
When we checked in we were supposed to have the floor on the ground level with two queen beds like I had requested for my daughter with special needs but they didn’t have any of those rooms left and gave us a single king instead and brought in a rollaway. They did comp the rollaway fee at least. The room had a bad order and I did complain about it to the girl that checked me in but nothing was done till the next day after I checked out and then the manager called saying she was so sorry and was going to give me a discount. As we were leaving they were putting new mattresses in the rooms so maybe they will smell better now! They did have a good breakfast!
