Loistava sijainti keskustassa ja lyhyt kävelymatka tärkeimpiin kohteisiin. Hotellin henkilökunta valtavan ystävällistä ja auttavaista. Huoneiden varustelu (jääkaappi, juomavedet, kahvikoneet, pussikahvit/teet ja -maidot ja pesuaineet) päivittäin ajan tasalla. Pienehkö parveke sivukadulle, jonka myöhään jatkuvat äänet saattavat häiritä huonounisia. Vanhassa talossa ei hissiä, mikä ei mitenkään härinnyt I. kerroksessa asuvaa.

Charming hotel in the middle of the Chania city

Hotel Vilelmine was a beautiful old fashioned hotel right in the middle of Chania. Taxi driver had to drop us by the road as close as he could and we walked the rest of the way (about 200 meters) because the hotel was located in the pedestrian zone. The staff was very friendly and the cleaning lady as well. Our room was for 3 persons and it was really like a little appartment with balcony and living room. The bahtroom was the same old fashioned style but the shower was modern and worked well. The nights were quite noisy so ear plugs are good to have if you wake up easily. Curtains could be closed so that the sunshine wouldnt bother our sleep. Beds were quite comfy and there were possibility to make coffee and tea in the morning in your room. Free wi-fi, safety box and air conditioning were included in the price. There was no elevator in the hotel so you had the walk the stairs which was a good work out every day ;) All in all it was a very pleasant experience to stay in this hotel!
