It was more Butlins meet Benerdom rather than a 4 star spa. The bathroom was not cleaned from previous occupants stay and the bed uncomfortable. The receptionist was obtuse and racially profiling. Very defensive and did not address my concerns as promised. In the end I had to check out to the holiday in order to have a clean bath

Staff are really helpful and go above and beyond to meet your needs. The breakfast is decent and rooms are good enough for a short stay. The spa could do with a makeover though.

Hotel is good for a night or two. Very dated and in need of refurbishment, with dated furniture and threadbare carpets in the room. Restaurant for dinner was extremely disappointing with service taking ages and the food below par.

I stayed at the property in the past and the staff are more friendly and helpful now than before. That made my stay more welcoming and i would stay there again.

As i only stayed the one night i had a good experience the staff were very attentive and severed with a smile that's all i can asked for. The room was very good was not expecting to have so much space.

Easy to find with plenty of free parking. Reception small and although friendly was not offered any information regarding breakfast or the facilities (and nothing in the room either). Hotel has just started a refurbishment of the public areas but rooms have not been done - it was very old and tired, although clean and comfortable. TV had many chanels, tea facilites and biscuits, good bathroom with proper bath not just shower and nice toiletries (but no facecloths). Also no bottled water, safe or aircon which are all usually standard in better 4* hotel now (there was a fan). However breakfast was excellent both in variety and quality with properly cooked flat mushrooms and very good fresh bread.
