Loved how dog friendly the place was. Only issue was that the lift was out of order, so getting 2 dogs up and down 3 flights of stairs quietly when they needed to go outside for a wee was a bit more challenging than I was expecting!

This was the worst hotel stayed in my life ! Sorry but it was so vile it made me sick. The staff do not smile or speak they have no facial expressions to show. The room door doesnt shut properly and the maid left the door open very bad The beds are mattresses on top of a ceramic box hardly a bed! The bed has hairs on the sheets and pillows from previous guests i slept with my clothes on too scared to sleep in the bed The floor was dirty not been cleaned the windows have no net curtains and although the staff told me you cabt look in you can from the outside! The bathroom was filthy and hairs all over the bath and the taps tarnished so bad i didnt get into tbe bath due to this mould all over and was severely bad god knows how this hotel is in business. A 2 star hostel and as for the smell in room well dont go there

The one way system wasn't easy to navigate initially but the hotel was very well placed and offered everything needed for a short stay out and about. I would certainly stay there again.

The hotel is fine. During our stay the lift was out of action. Didn't affect our stay but may have inconvenienced some. Excellent location in central Cheltenham but quite and no noise. 30min walk to the train station

Clean airy bedroom. Friendly efficient staff. Ideally located in central Cheltenham with underground car parking. Very good value for money with inclusive breakfast.

Hotels within pedestrian distance of town centre

Pros: Hotel was functional and comfortable without the décor add on's that I did not want or need and which many hotels use to command higher prices.
Cons: Nothing to justify a comment
Location: Useful location near town centre offering plenty of choice for evening meals, including a nearby pub offering a 25% discount Citrus Hotel residents.

Convenient

Cons: Toilet seat.
The hotel fitted the bill perfectly. We needed a nice hotel close to the centre of Cheltenham. It was ideal.
