"Staff very friendly and helpful. Seamless and welcoming check in. Clean room with a premium feel. Food very nice. Always a pleasure to visit. Unfortunately my car had a puncture whilst I was staying. The maintenance man who was a terrific ambassador for Malmaison sourced an air pump and got me driving again and gave me directions and a recommendation for National Tyres ( Who were also excellent ) Got everything fixed very quickly, and I was able to get on with my 400 mile journey. Well done team Malmaison we will keep on returning!!"

"We only stayed one night at the Leonardo Hotel Cheltenham but it was an extremely comfortable one. The greeting at Reception when we arrived was warm and sincere. The room was fine with no problems and everything seemed to have been replaced recently. We swam twice in the hotel pool which was very pleasantly warm. The steam room and saunas were very good too. The cooked breakfast could have been a little hotter but the quality and quantity of the food could not be faulted. All in all a very acceptable stay and we will return when we are in the area again. Thank you."

"The room was nice, big and comfy. The hotel staff were so helpful and friendly especially Ariel. The heating was not working in my room but Ariel was helpful and gave me a radiator to warm my room. "
