    Every morning at breakfast there was a wet area outside the kitchen in dinning area with warning wet floor because the kitchen roof was leaking. Window not double glazed so noise from road during night. Also woken by other residents at 4.30 & 5.30 am as they returned very noisy to their rooms.

    Great location for exploring the Cotswolds. Friendly staff. Views are excellent. Food is good.
