The staff and the experience they offer to the guests with children is excellent. The hotel is 'tired' in some areas as I have read in other reviews and the smell in the reception area does need seriously addressing .

The rooms were great! Comfy beds and a full size bath in bathroom. The family room I was in had a cute bunk bed hideaway for children which I know my kids would have loved. Food at restaurant was ok. Lounge facilities were limited. But overall a nice stay.

Our 2nd stay at the Hotel. A very warm welcome by the receptionist. Our room was a family suite, which had a king size bed, single bed and a separate area with bunk beds and their own tv's. After a very comfortable and quiet nights sleep, we had an excellent breakfast .
