Me and my family enjoyed my stay. The staff were friendly and apart from a short wait for our room to be ready, everything on arrival was spot on. The only downside i have regarding the room is that it was too warm, even with the air con on, it was still abit uncomfortable to get to sleep in. On the other hand, the breakfast was really nice, plenty if choice and even my kids (who can be fussy with food) ate plenty! Wpuld recommend to anyone staying in Chester. I would stay again even though the room was abit warm.
