Hi the room we had was more like a single occupancy we were very disappointed we couldn’t even open our cases there was no room, they moved us the next day to a room that wasn’t much bigger very upset I go to this hotel every year and sent them a complaint. the carpet was terrible had a hole in it!
Very central. Most staff very friendly.. Lots of noise outside at night from a night club. Breakfast not very well organised
Parking wasn't quite as convenient as described. Reception was efficient and friendly. The room was clean, comfortable and quiet. Breakfast service was poor. We were ignored for 25 minutes and had to alert the staff before we were finally given our pre-booked breakfast. The food when it came was very good.
Lovely hotel and comfortable room. Shame we were staying in a room facing a club and bar which had loud music playing most of the night which kept us up. When mentioned to reception in the morning this is an ongoing issue which the council is involved with. They should not allow guests to stay in those rooms if they know they will be kept up all night to loud music and people singing and shouting. We were in room 203.
