Hi there, All of our rooms have air-conditioning units; if you have trouble figuring out how to turn the unit on we encourage guests to call the front desk, as the problem is a quick fix! We do our best to make our guests happy, but if we are not told of a problem we cannot help make your stay more comfortable.
