Thank you for your review following your recent stay at the hotel. I am sorry to read that you were unable to turn up the heating in your room looking at the date of your review it would have been when we experienced very cold and snowy conditions in Cirencester. It is a shame we were not aware as we could have given you an extra heater for the room, which would have hopefully helped. Dear SL Thank you so much for your lovely review and delighted you enjoyed your stay with us. Cirencester is a lovely town with some great shops especially around Christmas time. As it was December the hotel was busy with local people celebrating and enjoying the party season, however i am glad that during your stay you were able to relax next to our open fire before you departed.
