Hello! Thank you for your review! We appreciate you honesty! As an aditional information, every apartment is equiped with a fridge. In your case, we had a small technical difficulty and we had to bring a new one in your apartment. Regarding the towels, we offer aditional towels, whenever is needed, free of charge! We do not have brooms in our apartments because we have cleaning services, and we want our customers not to worry about cleaning up after them. Thank you! Elis Residence Team
