The hotel is currently under construction, which I had not appreciated when booking. Shortly after arrival there was a power cut to the room. Front of house staff not helpful and a room change only given after two attempts to resolve the matter. Manager could not be bothered to take responsibility and speak to me and other aggrieved customers. Very disappointing customer care from a hotel of this size.

Hotel is very tired and needs a makeover . Some areas have benefited from this . The garden wing where we stayed for the one night only is overdue a refurb. Our room was very musty / damp smelling and the carpet dirty ( I didn't go barefoot. Bathroom very basic and shower trickled out ! Ok for one night !

Rooms require refurbished

The hotel lobby bar and restaurant are very well presented however the room are tired and the mattresses are far past the best.

Clean, fresh hotel. Great to be dog friendly,

Pros: Woodland walks and dog friendly
Cons: Plates left on stairways and outside rooms
Location: A little bit noisy with the A3 nearby
Fresh,clean . On stairways, plates and trays were left and not tidied away

Good 1 night stay.

Visited Wisley and stayd overnight before heading to Gatwick. Vey convenient location. Friendly welcome. Excellent restaurant and staff. Shame spa was fully booked.
