Great hotel. Lovely function room. Rooms are excellent. The setting is awesome too. I was very well looked after on arrival thankyou. Dan was amazing, felt exceptionally well looked after at breakfast and actually whenever he was about. Credit to another member of staff that was also excellent at her job, a dark haired young lady who's name began with a A. We were a group of 10 once we moved out of the function room to the reception area and were let down my the service in this are having to ask three times to get served drinks and it taking over 45 minuted. Even though there was two staff on the reception. Just feel the hotel is missing a lounge bar in the long term. In the short term I would suggest an extra member of staff during evening dining. All said.thanyou the hotel for providing excellent facilities for our function. Thanks to Dan for resolving the service issue. Wishing you all the best in the future.
