The hotel was very noisy with loud music playing all day and got worse at night. The bar across the street was so loud, we both got headaches from the bass vibrating our pillows. From 8:00 am until 2:30 am there was constant loud music.
We ended up switching hotels, as we had to get sleep and couldn’t stay there. When we TRIED to check out, the reception desk refused to cancel the rest of stay and stated we should “turn our TV up” to offset the noise.
We tried to get our money back from the manager, but he refused, stating they don’t refund during the “the busy season and Holidays” (they had several rooms available and weren't’ full). Instead his solution was for us to go “ask the bar and restaurant to refund” our money.
In addition, there is no pool on premises or casino. You have go to another hotel for the pool and hotel is close to a very dark, dreary casino.
