Excellent hotel with nice room well furnished. Comfy bed with great pillows. Coffee machine ok but would have preferred a kettle. The swimming pool was great. Good location near old town Highly recommended

comfy beds

Nice clean hotel, not too far from centre ( actually on the map in the shopping guide booklet at airport): with the best mattress,duvet and pillows ever !

Toe nails on the bed!

On arrival we found the hotel to be central and basic - what we were expecting really. But we got quite a shock when I went to get into bed and found two toe nails on the bed sheets! Disgusting is an understatement - the receptionist moved us to another hotel room and gave us two drinks vouchers as and 'token' (insulting really) - to be frank I would have rather a refund and use my money for another clean and hygienic hotel. There were no further apologies or communications for the staff or hotel management which added to the over all disappointment of the stay for us.

Nach Startschwierigkeiten hate alles bestens geklappt. Sehr freundliche Person beim Frühstück. Auch der Herr an der Reception war überaus freundlich, wir durften sogar 2 h länger parken, dies ohne Aufpreis. Tolle Lage, trotzdem sehr ruhig. Danke

Alles nötige für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt war da. Nahe vom Stadtzentrum, das zu Fuss gut erreichbar ist. Würde wieder kommen :)

Also 4* kennt ich persönlich anders. Überall Löcher in der Beddecke. Die Decken kommen beim ersten gebrauch schon aus der Beddecke (weil unten nicht verschliessbar). Für jemanden wie mich, der sehr auf die Hygiene achtet, war das echt unangenehm. Man bezahlt ja auch extra für den mehraufwand, welcher hier nicht geboten wird. Gerade kn Zeiten wo die Hygiene eine solch hohe wichtigkeit geniesst, war das echt unprofessionell. Bei Abreise wurde dies dann auch angesprochen. Mehr als ein Lächeln bekam ich hierfür nicht. Für das Geld würde ich definitiv ein anderes Hotel suchen.
