Es hieß Rechnung noch nicht bezahlt. Wollte dann mit Visa bezahlen. Angestellte kannte sich nicht aus. Befragte Kollegin. Dabei stellte sich heraus, Zimmer doch bezahlt. Sonst hätte icv zweimal gezahlt. Das Doppelzimmer hatte nur eine Decke und ein Kissen. Also wieder runter und reklamieren. Beim Parkplatz wurden wir nicht gefragt, ob wir Gäste sind oder nicht. Zahlten deshalb 23,50 € für die Nacht, anstatt 20 € für Hotelgäste. Und ich dachte, eine kleine Nespresso Maschine und eine Minibar sowie eine Flasche Wasser gratis, gehören heute Zum Standard eines Viersternehotels !!!

Sehr zuvorkommendes Personal. Die Sauberkeit war hervorragend und die Lage optimal für unsere Zwecke. Einziger Minuspunkt: es lief die ganze Nacht ein Gerät, das komische Geräusche (ähnlich einem anlaufenden Mixer) machte und das alle 20-30 Sekunden. Wenn man einen tiefen Schlaf hat, sollte das jedoch nicht stören.

Gutes Stadthotel

Sehr freundlicher Empfang, ausreichend große Zimmer, allerdings recht kleines Bad, gutes Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis, ich würde wieder buchen.

Cons: Das Frühstück ist überdurchschnittlich teuer.
Location: Sehr nah zur U-Bahn und Stadt
Sehr sauberes, schickes Hotel, netter Service in guter Lage in Ehrenfeld.
