Convenient clean and friendly

Pros: Clean, friendly convenient
Cons: Shower screen was broken but didnt really bother us that much.
Location: Close to centre with restaurants and only minutes from the lake
An average 3 star hotel in relation to facilities but if you are looking for a clean, convenient and friendly hotel at a resonable price then this will suffice. There is a small amount of parking otherwise it's meters around the corner. Staff are very friendly room was clean, air con worked ok. It is not far from town or the lake but don't expect any views, it is in a built up area. Breakfast was sufficient. Bar area is nothing special but have to say the drinks were the cheapest we found in Como, 3 euro for a beer or a large brandy.

Kurzaufenthalt

Pros: gute Lage ins Zentrum grosser Supermarkt in der Nähe welcher 24h geöffnet hat
Cons: Einrichtung etwas modernisieren, Föhn im Badezimmer auswechseln
Eher älteres Hotel, durch die Direktlage an der Hauptstrasse gut zu erreichen. Gratis Parkplätze (mind. 3 Stück) direkt vor dem Hotel vorhanden (erhält beim Einchecken eine Parkkarte zum Hinterlegen).Mit geschlossenen Fenster ist der Lärm durch die Hauptstrasse nicht zu hören. Kleineres 3 Bett Zimmer, aber alles nötige war vorhanden. In 15-30 Minuten ist das Zentrum über die Promenade gut zu erreichen mit div. Restaurants und Schiffanlegesteg. Grosse Auswahl an Restaurants und Caffes. Frühstück am Morgen im Hotel wird an den Tisch serviert, Auswahl an Kaffee und div. Tees. Körbchen erhält diverse Brötchen und ein Süssteig Gipfel. Butter mit div. Konfitüren sind vorhanden, bekommt genug vom Frühstück.

Good hotel

Pros: Hotel was clean. Serving the breakfast to the table was nice. At night there was no noise from other rooms.
Location: Good location near the lake and other places.
Nothing bad to say. We were pleased. Good breakfast. Clean room. Staff was friendly.

Hotel in Stadt und Seenähe

Pros: Erschwingliche Parkplätze und ein Supermarkt in der Nähe.
Sehr gute Lage. Wir hörten in unserem Zimmer bis spät in die Nacht hinein Verkehrslärm. Die Ambiance im Hotel jedoch ist ruhig, freundlich und angenehm. Gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis.

Proche du lac, loin des touristes.

Hotel discret, de bon standing, loin des "m'as-tu vu", où l'on a plaisir à rentrer le sour après les visites de cette superbe région, le personnel est très disponible, la balade matinale ou vespérale jusqu'à la Villa Olmo est un must, on n'y rencontre que des locaux, ce qui est très plaisant pour découvrir leur mode de vie.
