Hotel undergoing refurbishment

Pros: Modern and clean; good location.
The hotel is nice and in a good location. The staff are very friendly and speak English. The hotel is undergoing a refurbishment (I was not made aware of this prior to my stay) so was very noisy. The restaurant was closed (due to the refurbishment) so a heat-it-yourself-in-your-room breakfast was delivered each morning, along with a thermos flask of freezing coffee. The swimming pool was also closed. My room was very cold, and only a small duvet was provided. I made the staff aware of the issue with the heating unit in the room (it only blew out cold air) and requested an additional duvet, and went sight-seeing for the day. When I returned later that evening the heating had not been checked, nor had the additional duvet been provided. I eventually obtained a second duvet (without sheet) from reception. The staff were very apologetic but blamed every issue on the refurbishment.

Quick and efficient check in. The apartment had everything we could have wanted and was in great condition. Really comfortable beds! Friendly service and great food at the restaurant in the hotel. Although the apartments are situated just outside the city centre, we used the train - the station is about a 15 minute walk, or had a pleasant walk from the apartments, past the Little Mermaid, which took about 30 minutes.

Rooms with kitchens

Nice hotel. Fairly near to the Little Mermaid, but not to the centre of Copenhagen. Breakfast costs DKK 145 therefore I recommend getting something from the adjacent Netto and eating in your room. I recommend Tio Mario's restaurant. Nice jacuzzi. Would have given 5/5 if the hotel had decent toilet paper and oblong pillows.

Home from home and great base to explore

Pros: Room, Pool, Friendly Staff, Netto next door
Cons: Reserved guest parking and perhaps a reduced rate/permit/card from reception.
Location: Very close to the Little Mermaid and Osterport station
Copenhagen has always been on our bucket list and we took the opportunity to drive to the city after visiting LEGOLAND in Billund. We really enjoyed our time here and it was great to be able to do things at our own pace. We enjoyed a full day out with the Copenhagen cards and then relaxed and played with our 3 year old in the pool. The staff were very friendly and we had a great time as part of our road trip adventure.

Comfortable

Generaly very good, comfortable. WiFi not great as one could expect. Would be nicer if have enough tea, coffe and sugar.

Optimist visit to Copenhagen

We had a good time in Copenhagen, despite the fact of Dkk 7000.00 going missing from our apartment, leaving me broke, disappointed,sad and angry. Yet I would go back again.
