Dear guest, Pardon if I misunderstood the review as I had to translate it using online means. Although I'm not entirely sure where you booked through, every agency we cooperate with, has the information about the renovation written somewhere. Of course we apologize if that information was not transparent enough, and we'll strive to improve upon it. Thankfully, the hotel is almost complete with the renovation.
Along with a coffee shop/cafe, there's a snack bar/deli on site. You can enjoy a drink at the bar/lounge. Public spaces have free WiFi. Event space at this hotel measures 2271 square feet (211 square metres) and includes conference rooms. A terrace, tour or ticket assistance, and multilingual staff are also featured at the business-friendly Coco Hotel. A complete renovation of Coco Hotel was completed in October 2019. This 4-star Copenhagen hotel is smoke free.
