Staff extremely nice. Hotel is well appointed and in a quiet street, close to Norreport station (which goes direct to the airport) and a choice of supermarkets and restaurants. Room was clean and modern, with the nice surprise of a kettle (not mentioned on the website). Only downside was that because the room was small, the heat built up quickly, even though we weren't visiting in particularly hot weather (<20°). A fan was provided and the window opened, fortunately onto a quiet street so it wasn't noisy. Good range of TV channels. "Cozy hour" (free wine or beer) is a lovely touch and the bar is inviting, with a courtyard too if warm enough. More sockets by the beds would be good, we had to unplug the lamps to be able to charge our phones overnight. One lamp (attached to the headboard) was also in the way of one of the beds so we were in danger of knocking our heads in the night.

The hotel is in a really nice location close to everything by walk Rooms are okay nothing special , bathrooms need a little bit refurbished, down side was that the house keepers if you don’t tell them they don’t change the towels , we had to ask twice , and that there is no mini bar in the rooms so anything you want you have to ask it all the time , staff is really friendly , but overall the hotel was just ok .

Thank you for your stay and for sharing your feedback. We are a green hotel and only change the towels when you leave them on the floor. Sustainability is a main focus for us and we encourage our guests to use their towels more than once - for the sake of our planet. All the best, Irene Hunker /Ibsens Hotel

Nice hotel. Cool cozy hour (free glas of wine or beer between 17:00 and 18:00). Good location - near to metro and shopping street.

perfect location, great hotel, cant fault it!

Pros: location, decor, cosy hour, price.
Cons: bar prices
Location: five mins from main transport hub norreport staion and within walking distance to everywhere worth seeing. Multiple bars and restaurants nearby.
Loved staying here, the location couldn't be more central, everyone was friendly and the hotel is lovely and clean. 5 stars!

Good friendly hotel.

Pros: Friendly, welcoming employees. Small cozy atmosphere with generally good quality rooms. Close to Metro line and some other attractions.
Cons: Bathrooms need upgrading a bit and the rooms with tiny ones like I had should only be used if hotel completely full. It was just much too small
Location: A few good restaurants fairly close and loved Emery's coffee shop about a 10 minute walk away. Explore as much as you can. Buy a travel pass.
Nice hotel with easy access to Metro and therefore airport. Staff all exceptionally friendly and welcoming. Most of the rooms, whilst not large in anyway are of good quality. There was a party of 7 of us with 5 rooms between us. Unfortunately the room I had overlooked the street and was very noisy outside on Friday/Saturday nights - beware. Also, again unfortunately I had the most incredibly tiny bathroom ( not sure it was even 4ft x 4ft) with a minute sink which you could barely fill to have a shave. I have to say I really hated going into that bathroom - could barely turn around. The other rooms had much better and bigger bathrooms to be fair and most of these were facing a courtyard not a main road therefore also quieter at night. Despite the bathroom issue I would return to the hotel if in Copenhagen again and overall I do recommend it. The staff will help you with anything you ask.

Excellent location ...

Used as family base for 4 day trip to Copenhagen ... lounge area excellent, rooms were a bit basic and had a broken mirror which should have been replaced - otherwise comfortable. Staff excellent and location very good ... right by the farmer's/small plate market - very cool.

Good Price and location

Nice location and friendly staff ! Quite central bear Noorport station. Shame the lift was off ALL weekend and we were on the 6th floor. Maybe a little discount or a couple of free drinks at the bar would have been a nice gesture ...

Midweek stay in Copenhagen

Lovely hotel located a short walk from Norreport station. 24hr reception with helpful staff. We had a large corner room on top floor as requested and it was spacious, clean and quiet. No corridor or outside noises heard. Windows opened out wide which was lovely as there is no airconditioning but it wasn't required. Bathroom was big enough for our needs and had wetroom style shower. Didn't eat at hotel but they have an Italian and Spanish tapas. Food market nearby. Happy hour drinks is a lovely gesture. Safes not in room but available in reception. There were no tea and coffee making facilities which we knew in advance but they would be a great addition to a lovely hotel. I would stay here again.

Great location, friendly staff

Nice hotel, charmingly creaky, friendly staff. Easy walk to City centre. Very little left at breakfast if you wanted to eat late, and wasn't aware it was extra when I booked (maybe an issue with booking page, rather than hotel)
