Very convenient location with many things (restaurants, park, metro station, shopping) nearby. Nice breakfast that wasn’t chaotic despite the hotel being full. Quiet room and nice design. However, for this price range there were some key downsides too. They had two elevators and one was out of service the whole 5 days we stayed - long lines all the time. They don’t clean the room unless requested, which I fully support, but we asked for cleaning twice and only got new towels each time (old towels were not taken, sheets were not changed, floor was not cleaned, etc). Not a problem if you stay 1-2 nights, but as a family with a toddler in a small room, you need better service.

Dear Anna Thank you for your feedback.I hope you had a wonderful stay with us. It is very unfortunate that we had a broken lift for a periode. We did hire extra staff that could take our guests up and down in the staff elevator to reduce the queue. I am sorry if you needed to wait for a long time. I completely understand you would like your room cleaned when you as for it. I am sorry to hear that you did not get your room cleaned properly. I will of course let my colleagues know about this. I hope I will see you as our guests here again one day.Best regards Mie
